Crossing $5000 with Kontera This Month

Last month was one of my great months where I crossed $4,000 for the first time with them. I was very happy that I was earning quite good. But this month is ever better. This is just half month gone and I have already crossed $2,800, so I am expecting to make around $5,000 for the month. I have added 4 more new sites which are quite small right now and I am working hard for them to make them big. So more hopeful for the next month (November).

I have a fixed CPM agreement with Kontera and get fixed CPM for all my impressions. But when I add new sites to their system, it takes some time for them to analyze and approve it for fixed CPM system.

Hey Jim,
Congrats - I have never seen anyone making that much with Kontera. I did try it around 2 years back but didnt continue with them - but by seeing you success - I am thinking to try them again.

Hi.
this is the first time I am writing on your blog. I found it from DP recent blog post. I like your blog. You are making some good money with Kontera and Adbrite.

I am sure than if you are also using adsense than you must be surely makeing much much more.

Would you mind sharing your adsense numbers as well please?

Im confused, I thought Kontera payed per click, but you show no clicks…how does that work?

Seems Mika has been following you everywhere :p The only i didnt like with kontera is we need to submit every website for review to run the ads.

Amit, I think its a good idea that they review each site. So atleast later on we are not in any trouble just because there is something wrong on our site or is against their TOS. If there is something then they will let us know up-front and we can correct it.

fixed deal at what price? $1.7 per thousand impressions? seems to be low price, may be low quality content, they should have paid more for premium content.
