Ingredients for Success in the Internet Business Industry
The Author of this guest post runs a How to do Anything blog that answers people’s everyday questions related to business and life.
As much as I want to go into the depth of this subject, I wish to keep it concise for 2 reasons.
- My limited time
- To prevent the audience from yawning.
Before, I resume, bear in mind, I am not a good writer, and hence you won’t find my writing sequential. I may lose the flow in between, even though I will come back. That said -
Let me delve into it straightaway. Majority of the individuals believe the following to be the key to success online -
- Keyword rich domain name
- Good website
- Good content
- On-page SEO
- Link Building Campaigns
and many more.
Little do we ponder over the fact that there is another ingredient that comes way before all of the above. Attitude. I bet you have heard this before. I have too. Yet, how many of us have pondered over the reality of this word? I did not, until recently.
In our personal lives, Attitude is what makes our day, or breaks the day. It is attitude that keeps us in good feeling and positive. It is also the element that drives us to fight with our neighbor or the grocery store owner. Our Attitude governs our life. Yet, does anyone of us realize how much we can channel this very element to create the success we all crave for.
I can’t remember how many cases I have come across where a person invests in an online business, strives hard for months together and ends up disposing it off. He fulfills every need, every criteria of a good business, yet fails miserably. No one is able to help him. No one knows where he went wrong.
So, where did he go wrong? Attitude. He never had the attitude to succeed. This lead to a mistrust inside him about the end goal. It lead to a disaster.
So, what do we need to do? We need to build the below formula.
A=1
T=20
T=20
I=9
T=20
U=21
D=4
E=5
=100%

Attitude+perseverance is the winning combination
but also a good teacher and some friends to guide you. And off course all the time you must learn from the one that are really making money and they don’t want to sell you nothing

Even though you claim you’re not a great writer, you can be rest assured that you are a great communicator. The message was well passed. The right attitude is more important than all other factors, nobody can debate that. Thanks for sharing.

Good article but I’ve never seen someone take so long to ‘delve into something straight away’. My suggestion would be next time you want to delve into something straight away, don’t talk, just do it.

Raoraj, I agree about hard work and patience, but without the right attitude to your business/work, do you think you will be able to develop patience and do you think you will really be hard working?

I agree with you Raoraj “Hard Work and Patience is key to success” BUT if you are Doing Job and doing Internet Business, you will not succeed as we can do only one thing at a time Like Jim karter he is doing this on full time basis. I have 2 years of deep experience in SEO I optimized site for one key word For E.g. Clock ranking on 1st page in Google yahoo MSN, I know all Techniques & tricks of SEO but i dont have much time for optimizing my own sites
